Is there a possibility that this is just dust from sitting on a shelf and traveling to your home? Maybe you could try washing her hair with a synthetic wig shampoo. I use Revlon shampoo and conditioner in one and it works wonders for restoring the natural luster to synthetic hair. It made my PM Samantha's hair look new again.
